In the housing estate at number 89 in via vecchia Livornese, we have restored two apartments, restructuring them without completely altering their original characteristics; the apartments are two attics with beams and mezzanine, in brick and stone construction.
Each apartment can host up to five people.

They still have a large surface area, with well lit rooms with windows looking out over the surrounding countryside to the hills, with the Nocolino estate stretching to the East and the pine forest towards the West.

The sea, with its fine white sand and shallow sea beds, is only 1,200 metres away.
The home is part of a farming estate, surrounded by trees, greenery and farmed fields. The whole property is covered by pathways between the fields, where one can walk in complete tranquillity, especially in the evenings, with a backdrop of the sound of crickets and cicadas.
